Terms and conditions
These terms apply to all orders placed via yumsociety.ch and its checkout.

1. Seller
The contracting party is YUM Society, Milan Jacoby, sole proprietorship, Bernrainstrasse 2, 8280 Kreuzlingen, Switzerland (info@yumsociety.ch).
2. Ordering and contract
The presentation of products on the website is not a binding offer. By completing the order at checkout you make an offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order by e-mail. Order processing and payment run through the Shopify checkout.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you order. The payment methods offered at checkout apply; payment is due with the order.
4. Delivery
We deliver within Switzerland only. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and usually delivered within 2–4 working days. Details are in the shipping policy.
5. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until paid in full.
6. Returns and complaints
Food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please report damaged or incorrectly delivered goods within 48 hours of receipt to info@yumsociety.ch – we replace them or refund you. Details are in the refund policy.
7. Product information
Product descriptions are given to the best of our knowledge; the information on the pack is authoritative. We accept no liability for damage caused by improper storage, preparation or use.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Kreuzlingen, where legally permissible.
